Tobias Tovera

Tobias Tovera is a San Francisco-based painter who has said he wants his audience to be left with questions yet confronted by a raw sense of what it means to be human.

Tovera is interested in the transmission of energy and how it renews and changes. This is apparent in his use of color and how each painting seemed unified by it. Each painting contains a world in of itself, a beautiful entity.

Through abstraction, Tovera succeeds in transmitting emotion on canvas and forcing the viewer to ask questions. Through the use of colors and blending techniques, our collection of Tovera’s paintings lend beauty to any space.
